Childcareclassroom.com is a business site for a company that allows child care providers to take continuing education and training classes. Upon successful completion of their state-approved curriculum, students can immediately print out their certificate to apply towards their license. Spotted Koi built the entire system that includes the following processes and more; registration, course purchase, taking courses, and certificate receipt. Childcareclassroom.com is based on a design by b.todd creative.
Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church came to Spotted Koi needing an entire website overhaul. Their previous site was a out-dated, cluttered and required a pricey developer every time they wanted to make a simple event update or image switch. Grace Covenent worked with Spotted Koi to create a visually appealing design and easy to navigate format. Spotted Koi launched their new site with a customized photo gallery plugin and ability to upload audio for sermons. Grace Covenant can now maintain and modify their own site with minimal outside support.
Goldenrulebuilding.com was built to match a design by Todd Reinsch. The site showcases The Golden Rule Building, a charming historic office building that is a landmark in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota. Key features created by Spotted Koi are the ‘Share A Memory’ system and Work Order System. The ‘Share A Memory’ service allows patrons to record and share their fond memories of the Golden Rule Building. The Work Order System is a custom system Spotted Koi built from scratch that allows administrators to manage building maintenance requests and access cards from staff and tenants.
Spotted Koi built this website based on an original design by Reinsch Communications. Spotted Koi was asked to cut it into a WordPress theme, added audio streaming functionality, and integrated the theme with a plugin for customer testimonials.

We needed a site redesign, badly. Our original site was a free theme that we modified heavily but it wasn’t cutting the mustard for ourselves or our customers. We worked with Phases Design to redesign our entire branding strategy and they created this awesome theme for us. We are releasing updates incrementally, so this is very much a work in progress. Future additions as of writing this entry include post formats, a custom home page for our sales funnel, and custom post types for testimonials and possibly recent projects as well.
